Hostess Position
Job Purpose: Welcome guests and manage seating to ensure smooth service flow and positive first impressions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests professionally
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Coordinate with service staff for table distribution
- Handle guest inquiries and escalate when needed
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
