Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests according to service standards
- Present menu items clearly, including ingredients and allergens when required
- Take and confirm orders accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and professional grooming at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
