Job Description:

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations;
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth coordination between sections;
  • Ensure food preparation, presentation, and portion control meet brand standards;
  • Support training and development of junior kitchen team members;
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control when required;
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene regulations, and food safety standards;
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional discipline within the kitchen
