Job Purpose: Prepare and serve beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting bar performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
- Provide recommendations and engage with guests
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
