Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing and presenting dishes according to established recipes and brand standards;
  • Ensure consistency in portion control, quality, and presentation;
  • Support the Chef de Partie in managing the assigned section during service;
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations;
  • Monitor stock levels within the section and report shortages when required;
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene regulations, and food safety standards;
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional discipline within the kitchen
